Every time you open your mouth you should take a defensive approach and ask yourself is this food worthy of my gorgeousness? Does this grease and processed crap deserve to swim in my arteries, robbing me of a healthy and vital lifestyle? Causing my beautiful skin to age and breakout. Zapping my physical, active and sexual energy. Tripping out my hormones and metabolism…need I say more? The Cliche’ “you are what you eat” couldn’t be more direct, profound and true. Healthy and defensive eating is one of the sexiest habits that you can acquire. TRUST ME! In my days in Los Angeles, I would have the certain “times of the month” when I simply needed some fried chicken! I would travel down to South La, from my yuppy Hancock Park scene to make this happen. Of course, I had to eat it was while hot and fresh of (I assume you mean out of the grease) the grease. And by the time I was on my second drumstick, I would be rolling up on Sunset Blvd, ducking down hoping no one would see me eating freaking fried chicken! That’s how embarrassed I was to even eat the steroid, lard filled atrocity! It was just not a sexy and attractive thing to do. It is simply TABU in LA to eat in an unsexy and unhealthy way. When you love and take care of yourself, your standards are high. When your standards are high, you respect yourself. When you respect yourself, you can love yourself and others can love you as well no matter what size you are. And to top it all off, with this approach, the weight is sure to fall off by default! Ladies, start thinking beauty from the inside out and it will become you! Have a different perspective on FOOD, as it is fuel and not fun. The next time you pick up a food or drink, ask yourself: is this sexy and is it Worth it?
