Classes and Appointments:

12 HR cancelation Policy for all classes

No call no show results in forfeited classes

Must Sign in online, phone (voicemail ok), with credit card or by paying cash

We do not sign clients into classes verbally.  You must stop at out front desk and properly sign in to classes and received confirmation from staff.

All classes close at class start-time; you will be asked to reschedule and will forfeite your purchase

All new clients must arrive 10 minutes prior to class start-time or you will be asked to reschedule and will forfeite your purchase

Purchases:

All purchases are non-refundable.  All purchases are non-transferable between clients.

Non membership Packages:

4 Pack expires 30 days from activation and 3 months from purchase

8 Pack expires 45 days from activation and 3 months from purchase

12 Pack expires 60 days from activation and 3 months from purchase

Monthly Unlimited Package expires 31 days from activation and 3 months from purchase

Single classes expire 1 months from purchase

$20 Series reactivation fee available to extend expired 4-pack series

$25 Series reactivation fee available to extend expired 8-pack series

$35 Series reactivation fee available to extend expired 12-pack series

Gift Certificates:

All purchases are non-refundable.

All purchases are non-transferable between clients.

Workshops and Teacher Training:

Must be paid for in full, or by scheduled payment plan dates.

Scheduled on a first come serve basis

Payment Plans for workshop and teacher training:

All payment schedules must be met in order to attend workshops and teacher training.  We are unable to allow you participate in a workshop or teacher training with delinquent scheduled payments.  There will be no make ups for missed sessions due to delinquent scheduled payments.  It is to the discretion of DFS Management to allow make ups, and to allow you to participate in them.

Contracts:

There will be a $15 charge to the card on file for all no-shows and late cancels for membership holders

Suspensions:

we offer a complimentary 2 week vacation on all 6 month contracts

-Clients must give a written or email notice of suspension with a 3 business day notification. (memberships@detourfitnessstudios.com)

-Clients must reply to confirm via email, or sign written notice

-Contract will be suspended on requested day, pending as 3 business day notice.

-Clients are allowed the following:
3 months memberships can receive a total of 1 week Complimentary vacation

6 months memberships can receive a total of 2 weeks Complimentary vacation

3 month Membership is eligible for 1 month suspension

6 month Membership is eligible for 2 month suspension

(Any additional time requested requires a $25 monthly suspension fee)

****The total number weeks taken will be added to the end of the contract***

Terminations:

There is a $25 early termination processing fee.  Because your incentives and discounts are based on full completion and compliance of contract terms, any discounts that you have received will be void, and you will be charged the full amount of any classes, products and services that you received at the discounted rate under the terms and conditions of your membership contract.  F0r termination requests please email memberships@detourfitnessstudios.com

You have 7 calendar days to cancel contracts and memberships.  This does not apply to Single Classes, Series & Memberships, Workshops, Parties and Personal Training or Personal Pole Training Sessions.  This only applies to Contracts and Auto Pays.

Classes taken during 5 business day grace period will be charged full price if contact is terminated early.

-Clients must give a written or email notice (memberships@detourfitnessstudios.com) of termination with a 30 day notification.

-Clients must reply to confirm via email, or sign a written notice

-Contract will be terminated 30 days after the termination notice is received by Detour Fitness Studios

-Clients will incur a termination fee of $25

-Client will be responsible to pay any incentive discounts received as a covenant of upholding agreement and will be charge to the card on file

-Clients are responsible for any monthly membership fees that occur within the 30 day termination period.

-If fees are un-paid, the account will be turned over to a collections agency and can reflect credit history.

Up Grades:

Clients must give a written or email notice (memberships@detourfitnessstudios.com) of up-grade with a 30 day notification.

-Clients must reply to confirm via email, or sign written notice

-Contract will be up-graded 30 days after the date notice is received
There is no fee to Up Grade

Down Grades:

-Clients must give a written or email notice (memberships@detourfitnessstudios.com) of down grade with a 30 day notification
-Clients must reply to confirm via email, or sign written notice
-Contract will be terminated 30 days after the downgrade notice is received by Detour Fitness Studios
- There is a $15 down grade fee that is billed to card on file on date that request is received
-Clients will begin paying downgraded price on next billing cycle

Package Sharing:

Amenities in shared packages are exclusive to the primary user and credit card holder.

The sharing partner must pay package sharing fee for each month of contract.

Sharing partner can change each month and this change requires a 5 business day notice with a credit card payment and agreement.

Package sharing is only allowed for non- membership services.

Products:

All sales are final.

No return on apparel.

Exchange only on un- opened poles.  Please measure you ceilings and width according to the specs that we provided you before ordering your pole.

Customer is responsible for all shipping cost including deliveries and returns.

Measurements:

Client is responsible for scheduling their measurements, and saving before and after photo.  The measurement package expires after 6 weeks.

Lost and Found;

DFS is not responsible for items left in our property.

Alcohol policy for parties:

Must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages.    Must Provide ID.  Detour Fitness Studios does not serve or sale alcohol.

Taking Photos in Studio:

Due to Client Privacy, are clients are allowed to take photos during private parties and sessions only.  DFS does take class photos and will post on our website and social media sites.

Videos:

Videos are allowed during privates Session only and to the discretion of DFS.

Media

Purchases of Media Series is nonrefundable and non- transferable,  Copy right Infringement laws apply.

Personal Training

Personal trainers are not employees of Detour, nor are they affiliated in anyway with Detour Fitness Studios.

Children

Are not allowed in the studio

Must be 18 years or older, unless accompanied by adult.

Misc.

No ill or sick clients allowed to participate in classes.   We will extend a suspension of your services to allow you to recover and get well.  Allowing you to participate is to the discretion of DFS staff.

Class Attire

Tennis shoes required for all non- pole fitness classes

For pole classes, leggings, gym shorts, yoga pants, sports bra, tanks or tees

Heels are optional for sensual pole and chair class

Heels must not be broken
